The problem every keen cook faces

Over time we treated ourselves to quality kitchen knives - but like every blade, they dulled. Slicing tomatoes became a chore and the joy of prep disappeared. Finding a sharpening service meant dropping knives off during work hours… not exactly convenient.

How Knifetime was born

Drawing on Terry’s technical know-how from Amstore, we adapted specialist machinery and processes to create a smarter, faster way to restore razor-sharp edges. Knifetime is our answer to “there must be an easier option”.
